Immunization and Wellness Care

Your pet's well-being is important to us. We customize our vaccination protocol specifically to meet the individual needs of each pet. Our annual exams include a thorough physical examination, intestinal parasite testing with fecal centrifugation, heartworm testing, preventative deworming, vaccinations, and specialized blood testing for all life stages.

Small Animal General Surgery

We offer routine and advanced surgical procedures. All pets receive a physical exam and bloodwork prior to surgery for their safety to and to help us to tailor anesthetic protocols specifically to your pet.

Dental Care

Routine professional dental cleaning is important to the health and well-being of your pet. This procedure requires mild or light anesthesia, and your pet's teeth are cleaned and polished. Antibiotics are provided when necessary.

Orthopedic Surgery

We perform several orthopedic procedures. The TTA (tibial tuberosity advancement) for CCL (cranial cruciate ligament rupture, which is not uncommon in medium to large breed dogs) and patella luxation repair (knee cap luxation repair, which is not uncommon in small breed dogs).

Radiology

Radiographs or x-rays help the veterinarian to better evaluate gastrointestinal , reproductive, cardiopulmonary, musculo-skeletal, urinary, and soft-tissue structures.

Pain Managment

Since animals feel pain and discomfort in the same circumstances as people, we require pain medications during surgery, and we send your pet home with pain medications after a surgical procedure to better provide them with comfort.

Internal Medicine

We provide all areas of internal medicine including: cardiology, endocrinology, ophthalmology, neurology, dermatology, gastroenterology, and oncology.

Microchipping

We feel that it is important to reunite pets with their loved ones. We offer the Res Q microchip to help reunite pet owners with their lost pets.

Hospice / Euthanasia

We know how difficult it is to say good bye to a beloved member of the family. Our goal is to provide you and your pet with comfort during this difficult process. Services include taking care of the remains as directed by you and your family.

Boarding

We provide a small "bed and biscuit" facility for your pets. We provide tender loving care and supervised outdoor playtime to keep them happy and active.

Bathing

Our baths include a good thorough rinse to remove dirt, debris, and odor. We include ear cleaning, nail trim, and a thorough brushing in our baths.
